4. Sales system

The ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS SALE is an online sale. Bids are made on the WWW.GENETICS-SALE.CH and

on the GENETICS SALE APP.

You can find information about registration on the following pages. Each animal has a minimum price, which is listed in the catalog.

If a buyer offers the price, the sale will definitely take place. Other prospective buyers can bid in increments of at least €100.00 until the auction closes. Prospective buyers can place a maximum bid up to which Genetics Sale automatically bids if there are other bids. If there are no or fewer offers, the auction price remains below the maximum price entered. For buyer protection, the buyer can view the bidder list if desired. Each bidder agrees to this by submitting their bid.

If the lot is won by the highest bid, the benefits and risks of the lot are transferred to the buyer. The buyer undertakes to accept the animal and the offer will not be withdrawn and no discounts will be granted. The price is the hammer price + 5% auction fee + VAT. Every buyer receives an invoice which must be paid within 7 days. Payment must be made before the animal leaves the farm.

Buyer of 1st choice will be charged immediately 25% of the hammer price in addition to all fees. The selection must be made when the youngest calf from the combination has reached the age of 3 months. The sellers guarantee a selection of at least two calves. If only one calf is available, the buyer can withdraw from his purchase or work with the sellers to find a solution that is in the interests of both parties.

For embryo packages, the price stated is per embryo.

5. Transport & Export

The transport must be organized by the buyer in consultation with the organizer. The costs for transport, export and customs are borne by the buyer.

All animals can be prepared for export within Europe. If quarantine is needed, it can be started as quickly as possible. The quarantine costs will be borne by the organizer. For animals that have to stay on the farm for a longer period of time, a solution will be found in consultation with the organization. From 50 days after the auction, a feed fee of €4.00/animal/day will be charged. If you have any further questions, we are at your disposal.

We are working with the organizer to find an optimal solution for the transport of embryos. The transport price is the price from the storage location described in the catalogue.

7. Sanitary conditions

There are no known infectious diseases on the farm. The herd is also free of BVD, IBR and Para-TB.

8. Guarantees

The informations in the catalogue has been carefully researched. The organization assumes no liability for

any errors.

4. Verkaufssystem

Der ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS SALE ist ein Online Sale. Geboten wird auf der Plattform WWW.GENETICSSALE.CH und auf der GENETICS SALE APP.

Infos zur Registrierung finden sie auf den folgenden Seiten. Jedes Tier besitzt einen Mindestpreis, welcher im Katalog aufgeführt ist. Bietet ein Käufer den Preis, so findet der Verkauf auf jeden Fall statt. Andere Kaufinteressenten können den Preis bis zur Schließung der Auktion in Schritten von mindestens 100,00 € überbieten. Kaufinteressenten können ein Maximalgebot hinterlegen, bis zu dem die Plattform automatisch bietet, falls es andere Gebote gibt. Gibt es keine oder weniger Angebote bleibt der Auktionspreis unter dem eingebenen Maximalpreis. Zum Käuferschutz kann der Käufer auf Wunsch die Bieterliste ansehen. Jeder Bieter erklärt sich mit Abgabe des Gebots damit einverstanden. Erfolgt der Zuschlag durch das höchste Gebot, gehen Nutzen und Gefahren des Angebots auf Käufer über. Der Käufer verpflichtet sich zur Abnahme des Tieres und das Angebot wird nicht mehr zurückgenommen und es werden keine Rabatte gewährt.

Der Preis ergibt sich aus Zuschlagpreis + 5% Auktionsgebühr + MwSt. Jeder Käufer erhält eine Rechnung die innerhalb von 7 Tagen zu bezahlen ist. Die Zahlung muss erfolgen bevor das Tier den Betrieb verlässt. Käufer von 1. Wahl wird 25% vom Zuschlagpreis zusätzlich aller Gebühren sofort in Rechnung gestellt. Die Auswahl muss erfolgen wenn das jüngste Kalb aus der Kombination das Alter von 3 Monate erreicht hat. Die Verkäufer garantieren eine Auswahl aus mindestens zwei Kälber. Sollte nur ein Kalb zur Verfügung stehen kann der Käufer von seinem Kauf zurücktreten oder mit den Verkäufern nach einer Lösung suchen, die im Sinne beider Parteien ist.

Bei Embryonenpaketen ist der angegebene Preis jeweils pro Embryo.

5. Transport & Export

Der Transport ist vom Käufer in Absprache mit den Veranstalter zu organisieren. Die Kosten für Transport, Export und Zoll gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.

Alle Tiere können für einen Export innerhalb Europas vorbereitet werden. Wenn eine Quarantäne benötigt wird kann diese so schnell wie möglich begonnen. Die Quarantänekosten werden von den Veranstalter getragen. Bei Tieren, die noch länger auf dem Betrieb Bosseler stehen bleiben müssen, wird in Absprache mit der Organisation eine Lösung gefunden. Ab 50 Tage nach der Auktion wird ein Futtergeld von 4,00€/Tier/Tag verrechnet. Für weitere Fragen stehen wir Ihnen zur Verfügung.

Für den Transport von Embryonen wird gemeinsam mit dem Veranstalter nach einer optimalen Lösung gesucht. Als Transportpreis gilt der Preis ab der im Katalog beschriebenen Lagerstelle.

6. Sanitäre Bedingungen

Auf dem Betrieb sind keine ansteckenden Krankheiten bekannt. Zudem ist der Betrieb frei von BVD, IBR und Para-TB.

7. Garantien

Die Angaben im Katalog sind sorgfältig recherchiert. Bei etwaigen Fehlern wird keine Haftung seitens der Organisation übernommen.
